It's overdue, but we wanted to write a letter thanking you and your crew for a great job on our siding, doors and windows.

From the beginning and estimate to the end and final cleanup, you and your crew were the best. You all dealt with inevitable glitches, and the job really did go well. Jim and I felt comfortable leaving the house in your crew's care every day.

You are one of those people who can work well with both parts of the customer couple. Your estimate was clear and patiently explained everything. Your guidance and assistance was invaluable. You answered all our questions, even the ones that I was embarassed to ask, and never made me feel foolish. You cleaned up the growing debris pile at the midpoint of the job, right before Thanksgiving, without us even asking. Though we weren't having company, we appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Since we had the job done, I've looked at siding more critically. I notice buckling and rippling on the jobs of other companies, but not here in our neighborhood on your two homes. We had high winds las week and we're just fine.
