Getting what you paid for is always a pleasurable experience. Regardless of how many zeros that are on your check, you just want your experience to be pleasant with great results. That is exactly what we got from you and your crew and we could not be happier with the finished product. You made our home new again.

To anyone considering Benchmark as you contractor here are a few things I would like to share from my experience that you cannot determine from an initial presentation:

• The crew started on-time and worked full 8-9 hour work days until the job was completed,
• There were no mid-job extras and no surprises,
• There were always 6-8 workers on site.
• The crew was presentable, courteous and a pleasure to have around,
• The site was neat and organized at all times,
• The workmanship was impeccable and I am qualified to say that because I grew up in a family of carpenters and worked as a carpenter through high school and college.

To say Dave was easy to work with would be an injustice. Once the contract was signed there was simply nothing else to deal with. That's what I call a pleasurable experience!
