Before meeting David, I solicited three separate bids and was hesitant to select someone for the job. The hesitancy was due to a lack of comfort / trust with the people with whom I met. Afterwards, I called David because I saw one of his advertisements in the local mailings. When I first sat down with him, I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. During our initial meeting, I was very comfortable with his apparant integrity. Over a two week period before agreeing to select him for the work, I asked him several questions - all to which he responded thoroughly and promptly every time. Once his crew was on site, they were polite, hardworking, and expedient.

The project completed on time and on budget. After the project was complete, there were a few things that needed to be addressed and David responded to all of them without delay.
